Echo Park Commercial Fire Under Investigation
A fire damaged a two-story building on North Echo Park Avenue Thursday morning.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A fire damaged a single-story commercial building in the Echo Park area Thursday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 1300 block of North Echo Park Avenue about 9:45 a.m. extinguished the flames in the 50-foot-by-70-foot building in an hour and 15 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
