Bear Creek Students Graduate With Celebrities...Sort Of
Breaking: Kids opening their yearbook for the first time will see Kentucky Fried Chicken's Colonel Sanders alongside their classmates.
STOCKTON, CA — Students at Bear Creek High School in Stockton will be joined by some familiar faces when they open their yearbook this year, according to a report by ABC10.
According to the story, the yearbook staff was looking for a way to offset the production cost of a yearbook. After months of leg work and phone calls, the staff struck gold when Kentucky Fried Chicken agreed to include the Colonel and pay for his picture, complete with a Bear Creek lapel pin.
More than 30 celebrities in all have their photos featured in the yearbook, including Will Smith and Lady Gaga. You can read the full story here.
