Elk Grove Woman Killed in Weekend Car Crash

The Solano County coroner's office today released the name of an Elk Grove
woman who died in a crash on Interstate Highway 80 in Vacaville on Sunday.
          Eboni Webb, 19, was riding in a Toyota sedan driven by Akilah Kelly, 18, of Richmond, according to the coroner's office.
          California Highway Patrol officers responded to a report of a
vehicle fire on the right shoulder of Highway 80 just west of Cherry Glen
Road at about 2:35 a.m. Sunday.
          A preliminary investigation revealed that Kelly was driving in the
eastbound lanes when, for unknown reasons, she drove off the highway and
struck a tree, causing the car to burst into flames, according to the CHP.
