Got a Stressed Teen? Saturday Workshop Hopes to Help
The Elk Grove Youth Commission is hosting a workshop to help teens balance various responsibilities.
It's nothing new for teens to be busy. A 2002 New York Times article stated: "Americans are said to be a sleep-deprived people, and teenagers are the worst of the lot."
The Elk Grove Youth Commission is looking to help local teens balance their lives better, and will host a workshop Saturday to help.
