Possible new principals, a photo walk and more things you need to know this week.

The former site of Boba Tea & Gifts, which closed earlier this year, will become the new home of The Italian Delicatessen, according to a notice posted in the window.
The newΒ business, which the Sacramento Bee reports is ownedΒ by the same brothers who own the Brick House Restaurant and Lounge across the street, has applied for an alcohol license. It's located at 9020 Elk Grove Blvd., Suite 102.
The city granted its business license in June, and the Bee reports it plans to open in September.
