Students at Merryhill Preschool Create Handmade Blankets for Charity

Students at Merryhill Preschool on Laguna Park Drive in Elk Grove recently donated fifteen handmade blankets to Project Linus, a nonprofit that provides blankets to children in hospitals and shelters. Students worked together to create tie blankets by hand to provide other children in need with comfort during challenging times. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to their community.
