Non-profit Chicks in Crisis gets larger digs. We found out when a reader swung by the group's former home at the to drop off a donation, only to discover it wasn't there. The organization, which offers counseling, classes and supplies for young moms, this week moved into a new space in the building on Bond Road. Study says cell phones may increase tumor risk. The health risks of cell phones are an oft-debated topic. The World Health Organization released findings Tuesday from an international panel of scientists linking radiation from the devices to two types of rare brain tumors, one of them cancerous. Tumor risk doubles after a decade of cell phone use, according to data reviewed by the panel.
