"Charlie" is the Pet of the Week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. He's a 4 month old, 42 pound, Labrador Retriever – Pibble mix puppy.

A 42 pound puppy? Yep. And he hasn’t been weighed in a few days so it might be a bit more now. His previous family surrendered Charlie and his sister to RCHS when they found out that two huge puppies are more than a “paw” full, Charlie’s sister has been adopted. Now he needs a home where he can love, be loved, and continue his puppy training. By the way…Charlie doesn’t know he’s big. And when he’s an 80 to 100 pound, adult dog…he’ll probably still want to sit on your lap. You gotta love a big dog that doesn’t know it’s big.
The $195 adoption fee for Charlie includes his medical exam, up to date vaccinations, neuter, and microchip identification.
