Pet of the Week: Galaxy is out of This World

She's a 1 year old, 12 pound, Domestic Short Hair cat with a very interesting face.

This is an announcement from the Rancho Coastal Humane Society.

"Galaxy" is the Pet of the Week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. She's a 1 year old, 12 pound, Domestic Short Hair cat with a very interesting face.

Now that Galaxy has been transferred to RCHS through the FOCAS program, the sky’s the limit.

Galaxy is super friendly. When people walk in to the cattery…she greets them with a soft “Meow.” And she gets along great with other cats. We won’t call her “nosy.” But she’s very curious about everything going on around her. She’ll settle in to her new home right away.

Galaxy has unusual markings on her face that make her even more striking in person than she appears in her photos. You really need to meet her face-to-furry-face.

The $145 adoption fee for Galaxy includes her medical exam, up to date vaccinations, spay, and microchip identification.
