Tom Turkeys Strut Their Stuff: Photo Of The Day
What happens when a truck honks at a flock of turkeys? The toms defend their turf!
CARMICHAEL, CA — Jessica Denning snapped this photo last week in Carmichael, by the American River. Jessica explains that this is their dramatic answer to a truck honking at them. The hens exited quickly but the valiant Toms stuck around to defend the flock.
