FREMONT, CA -- A car was found submerged in Fremont waters Thursday night after the driver reportedly drove reckless. The car was pulled from a pond behind Rancho Arroyo Park with the help of the Alameda County Sheriff's dive team, according to the Fremont Police Department.
A witness told police a man was seen swimming away from the car.
Police believe he was the only person inside the car.
