Firefighters Knock Down 3-Alarm Blaze In Fremont
Fire crews from Fremont and Milpitas tamped down the flames in 90 minutes, and an investigation is underway into how the fire began.

FREMONT, CA — Fire crews rushed to contain a three-alarm blaze Friday morning at a commercial building in Fremont.
The Fremont Fire Department shared photos of flames and smoke billowing from the roof of a building on Milmont Drive a few minutes after 2 a.m. Fremont firefighters worked with crews from Milpitas to knock down the fire, which officials said was contained within 90 minutes.

Firefighters said no one was injured during the incident, and investigators are working to determine what sparked the fire. Milpitas sent a battalion chief, three engines, and a truck to help out, and their crews were released once the fire was contained.
