Fremont To Award Nearly $1M In Social Service Grants For Nonprofits

FREMONT, CA — The City of Fremont is set to distribute approximately $979,000 in Social Service Grant Funds and an additional $100,000 from Opioid Settlement Funds to nonprofit organizations over the fiscal years 2025-2028.

The grants, awarded on a three-year cycle, will support selected agencies starting in FY 2025-2026.

Interested organizations can access Request for Proposal (RFP) materials on the City’s website beginning November 1, with a virtual overview session scheduled for November 6.

Agencies must RSVP by October 30 to attend the session.
