Fremont Fire Victim Name Withheld

The person was killed in a house fire Saturday night. The fire also injured three people.

FREMONT, CA — The name of a person who died in a house fire in Fremont Saturday night has not been released.

The Alameda County Coroner's Bureau reports that the victims's husband is hospitalized and proper notification has not taken place.

The fire was reported at 7:17 p.m. at a single story home. Three people got out of the fire before firefighters arrived, but a fourth person was trapped. That person was pronounced dead at the home.

The three survivors suffered burn injuries and smoke inhalation.

The fire was in the 4000 block of Bacinada Court.

The Fremont Fire Department received help from the Hayward Fire Department and Alameda County Fire Department in putting out the raging two alarm fire.
