Fremont Teen Dies From Injuries
The boy was hit by a vehicle while riding his bike on the 4th of July.

FREMONT, CA — A 15-year-old boy who was hit by a car while riding his bicycle last week in Fremont has died, police said Wednesday.
Officers responded to the collision about 9:30 p.m. July 4 to Hansen Avenue and Dutra Way, police said.
The teen, a Fremont resident, was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after the crash. Police were informed earlier this week that he died.

The driver, a 23-year-old Fremont man, stayed at the scene after the crash and cooperated with investigators. Police do not believe that the driver was impaired and don't anticipate making any arrests.
