Great Blue Herons Fish At Wildlife Refuge: Photos Of The Day
The birds were trying to catch a meal.
FREMONT, CA — Henry Shen shared a pair of photos of Great Blue Herons at Don Edwards San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge in Fremont, Calif.
The photos were taken in October, as the birds hunted for food in the shallows.
