Missing Fremont Man, 45, Considered At Risk
The Fremont Police Department issued a missing person alert for a man in the East Bay Wednesday.
FREMONT, CA — The Fremont Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing “at-risk” 45-year-old man last seen in Fremont late Tuesday evening.
Nelson Palacios was last seen Tuesday around 10 p.m. near 207 Avenida Palmdale in Fremont, police reported.
Palacios is nonverbal and suffers from health issues, according to police.
