'No Trespassing' Signs Must Be Updated With New Code

Failing to list the new code could prevent police officers from charging a trespasser on your property.

If you have a No Trespassing sign on your property, you’ll have to update it with a new municipal code.

According to the Fremont Police Department, the new numbering system goes in effect today.

Property managers and owners can pick up a vinyl sticker with the new code number from the front desk of the Fremont Police Department at 2000 Stevenson Blvd., Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
