NWS Flood Advisory In Effect For Alameda County
Cities from Fremont to Oakland are included in the advisory.

EAST BAY, CA — The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Alameda County from the Santa Clara County line in Fremont to roughly the Bay Bridge in Oakland.
The advisory will be in effect until 9:30 a.m.
Heavy rain has been falling for hours, causing localized street and highway flooding, and causing a mud and rock slide on Crow Canyon Road, north of Castro Valley.

There are scattered power outages in the East Bay, but outages are relatively small, with just two measuring into the hundreds at 8:25 a.m.
