National Night Out Registration Closes Friday
The 30th annual event will be observed Tuesday, Aug. 6 in cities across the country.

Criminals, beware.
That’s the message communities and law enforcement agencies across the country will send out at this year's 30th annual National Night Out.
To be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6, National Night Out aims to strengthen communities and help reduce crime by encouraging neighbors to come together at annual block parties. The events also forge stronger relationships between residents and local police, and lets criminals know that the community is fighting back.
