Smash And Grab Robbery Occurs At Bay Area Gas Station: Police
At least six suspects were involved in the robbery, police said.
FREMONT, CA — A group of people smashed a car into a Fremont Gas Station on May 28 and stole an ATM, police said.
On May 28, Fremont Police Department officers said they responded to a reported robbery at a gas station on the 4100 block of Mowry Avenue.
Police said someone drove a vehicle into the storefront while an employee worked inside, and then six to seven people loaded an ATM into a separate, waiting vehicle.

The suspects fled before officers arrived, police said.
No arrests have been made at this time, and this is an ongoing investigation, police said.
