Thief Throws Brick Through Window, Steals Purse From Home
Two credit cards from the purse were used in Oakland after the burglary.

Police are investigating an incident on Monday night in which someone threw a brick through the window of a Fremont home then stole a purse from the residence, police said.
Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 39000 block of Logan Drive at 8 p.m. after police received a report that someone had thrown a brick through a back window while the residents were in a different part of the home.

No suspects were seen, and no arrests were made, police said.
Officers returned to the home around 11 p.m. to check on the residents and learned that a purse had been taken from the room where the glass window was shattered, police said.
