FREMONT, CA — No one was injured Monday when an electric vehicle crashed into a RE/MAX real estate office in Fremont.

The solo-vehicle crash happened just after 4 p.m.

Once first responders determined that no one was hurt, firefighters turned to their carpentry skills to make the damaged building safe, under the watchful eye of a building inspector who had been called to the scene.

The cause of the crash in the 39600 block of Mission Boulevard is under investigation by the Fremont Police Department.
