Waitlist For Affordable Housing To Open Soon
An affordable housing property in the East Bay will be accepting applications for its waitlist starting Monday.
FREMONT, CA — An affordable housing property will soon be accepting applications for its waitlist, the City of Fremont's Housing Division announced Thursday.
The affordable housing property Laguna Commons, located at 41152 Fremont Blvd., will have an open waitlist for one-bedroom rental units, city officials shared. The application period will be open from August 25 to September 15.
Individuals can apply online or in-person at the property's rental office. Faxes and emails will not be accepted.

Laguna Commons, managed by MidPen Housing, features amenities such as a community room with a kitchen, a computer lab, a laundry room, storage space, an open courtyard, secure bike storage, and onsite management and services offices.
"A lottery will be run periodically during the application period, and applicants will be placed on the waitlist in the order of [the] lottery number within consecutive lottery runs," stated MidPen Housing management.
