Niles Street Eats Line Up: Nov. 14

Niles Street Eats returns today in the Niles Town Plaza with five trucks to serve up tasty treats.

Hosted by the Food Truck Mafia, the event runs from 4:30 to 9 p.m. (The Food Truck Mafia also hosts Fremont Street Eats on the Mission Valley ROP campus in Fremont every Friday.).

Here's what's on the menu for tonight:

Kara’s Cupcakes

• Satisfy your sweet tooth by ordering some of these specialized cupcakes. Find all-time favorites like Chocolate Velvet, Kara’s Karrot and Sweet S’mores.

MoGoBBQ

• One of the first food trucks, and the most consistent, to visit Union City, MoGo BBQ is a local favorite. The truck specializes in Korean BBQ served in burritos, tacos, sliders, quesadillas and bacon-wrapped hot dogs with kimchi.

My Shrimp Shack

• This truck is all about shrimp cooked in an Asian Fusion-Hawaiian style .

SF Soup Co.

• This truck doesn't serve chicken noodle soup and clam chowder. From creole and crab soup to Santa Fe chicken chowder, foodies are sure to find their soup of choice to warm themselves up tonight.

Yummi BBQ

• This food truck serves all things BBQ, but Asian style. They’ve got sweet and spicy short ribs, five-spice chicken and more.
