The new townhomes located just below Glendora’s downtown Village Center will unveil its floor plans to the public in the grand opening of its model homes June 1 starting at 11:30 a.m.

The collection of two-story, solar-powered townhomes are located on Glendora and Ada Avenues, next to the future Gold Line station.

Floor plans include homes from two bedrooms to four bedrooms, with prices starting in the low $400,000 range.
