2 Injured In Crash With Dump Truck That Overturned And Blocked Highway
Highway 92 was closed for about five hours until a tow truck removed the dump truck and the scattered load of rock and debris was cleared.
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA —Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a two-vehicle collision east of Half Moon Bay on Friday that left an overturned dump truck blocking state Highway 92 for several hours.
Firefighters from Cal Fire and the Coastside Fire Protection District responded to the collision in an unincorporated area of San Mateo County east of Ox Mountain at about 3:30 p.m. and found the truck on its side.
Two people who were in one of the involved vehicles were taken to a hospital with injuries described by Cal Fire as moderate.
