Rotary Club Of Healdsburg To Host Annual Easter Egg Scramble
Children up to 10 years old are invited to the free, inclusive event.
HEALDSBURG, CA — The Easter Egg Scramble, a Healdsburg tradition for decades, is planned for Saturday, April 19.
Hosted by the Rotary Club of Healdsburg, the egg hunt has long been one of the group's favorites among its many community service-based traditions. It provides an opportunity for the club to engage with the children of Healdsburg and surrounding areas in a family-friendly outdoor activity.
Everyone is invited to join the fun this year. The free annual event starts at 9 a.m. at Fitch Mountain School, 565 Sanns Lane in Healdsburg.

"Designed to be inclusive, accessible, and open, the Scramble focuses on children of all abilities from toddlers to 10-year-olds, this family-friendly celebration promises a fun-filled experience for everyone," said Tim Mann, communications chair for the Rotary Club of Healdsburg.
As part of the event, three lucky children will go home with a new bicycle. The Rotary Club of Healdsburg will give every child who registers before 9 a.m. a free raffle ticket. One bicycle will awarded to the 6 and under age group, one to the 6- to 8-year-old age group, and one to 8- to 10-year-olds.

Participants should bring a bag or basket for the egg hunt which starts promptly at 9 a.m. and ends once all the eggs are gone.
"Hop on the opportunity to join The Rotary Club of Healdsburg’s Egg-cellent Adventure," Mann said. "You won’t want to miss out on this fun and egg-citing day."
This year, due to the shortage of eggs, the Rotary Club is using plastic eggs and filling them with treats.
