Photos Of The Day: Looking Good, Lake Sonoma!

Patch loves photos! Share your photos with your local Patch, and your work could be featured.

HEALDSBURG, CA — Patch reader Melinda Pressler took advantage of the nice Labor Day weather and hit the trails for a hike at Lake Sonoma Recreation Area.

According to Alltrails.com, the Dry Creek, North Slope and Bummer trails loop is 4.5 miles and moderately challenging. The route takes around two hours to complete and is a popular trail for hiking, running and walking, although it offers some solitude during quieter times of the day. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

What a gorgeous view — looking good, Lake Sonoma!
