Autumn Arrives in Hermosa Beach
Fall is officially here as Friday marked the changing of the season, according to NASA.

Summer is gone and fall is here. Friday marked the autumnal equinox, according to NASA.

An equinox—which translates to "equal night" in Latin—happens when the Earth does not have an axial tilt to the sun, according to NASA, which produces an equal shadow of nightfall and sunlight on the Earth’s surface.
