Carmen, the Cute Chihuahua

Carmen, a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix, is looking for a home. The female pup will be spayed, vaccinated and microchipped when adopted.

While staying at the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' South Bay pet adoption center, Carmen participated in the HEAL program, where she learned basic manners and socialization.
