Fiesta Hermosa Is This Weekend
The festival will also commemorate Memorial Day by honoring service men and women at a ceremony at noon Saturday.

HERMOSA BEACH, CA — A Memorial Day tradition in the South Bay, the 45th annual Fiesta Hermosa — the largest arts and crafts festival in Southern California — returns this weekend.
More than 300 vendors and 150,000 people are expected to attend the three-day event, which goes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday through Monday. The family-friendly event includes live music, carnival rides, a variety of food and thirst-quenching drinks along with painters, sculptors, photographers, handcrafters and jewelers.
There is a Kiddie Carnival, which features a 30-foot slide, mechanical rides and games, to keep children entertained through the holiday weekend. There is also a petting zoo, pony rides and face painting.

In addition, the much-loved Fiesta Siesta returns to offer a tranquil setting for parents and their babies to rest and recharge. Delicious bites in the popular food court are certain to satisfy everyone’s appetite, and adults can support several local nonprofit groups by enjoying the Charity Beer and Wine Garden.
As parking will at a premium, Locals are encouraged to walk or bike to Fiesta Hermosa and use the free bike valet lot at the beach staffed by Hermosa Cyclery, which offers air for tires and on-site diagnostic checkups.

Free shuttle buses are also running to Fiesta Hermosa from the Northrop Grumman parking lot at the southwest corner of Aviation Boulevard and 33rd Street in Manhattan Beach. Attendees are encouraged to bring reusable bags to carry purchased items as vendors will not have plastic bags.
To commemorate Memorial Day weekend by honoring service men and women, the third annual Memorial Celebration is at noon Saturday on the main stage by the pier.
