HERMOSA BEACH, CA -- A pop-up art show for artistic youngers in Hermosa Beach starts this weekend at 49 Pier Ave, according to the Beach Reporter.
The show, which exhibits art works from a youth program run by Hermosa Beach artist Rafael McMaster, will be open from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and runs every weekend through October.
Called “15 Under 15,” the exhibit is a spin off of a Hearts of Hermosa fundraiser earlier this year.

“The idea was to take 15 kids in the South Bay and try to teach them everything I know about art and photography and creativity and imagination and the creative process,” McMaster told the Beach Reporter.
McMaster said he hopes the showcase and classes will foster a sense of confidence in the children to express their creativity.
