If custom jeans are your thing, head over to Spyderboards on Pacific Coast Highway Thursday where, from 3 to 7 p.m., the store will hold a Matix Clothing Workshop that includes on-site denim tailoring, personal garment customization, custom workshop label package and a barbecue with "suds", according to a post on Facebook.
A Back 2 School sale, featuring savings of 25 to 50 percent, is in progress at both Spyder stores through Aug. 12. Spyder II is located on Pier Plaza.
