Power Restored After Outage That Affected 15,700 In Torrance
More than 15,700 Southern California Edison customers were affected by a power outage in Torrance.
REDONDO BEACH, CA — Power was restored in Torrance Wednesday afternoon after a large power outage left more than 15,000 without power.
The outage affected 15,714 customers, according to Southern California Edison, but was restored hours later.
The power outage affected the traffic signal at Artesia Boulevard and South Sepulveda Boulevard, the Manhattan Beach Police Department reported. Police advised drivers to avoid the area.
