Fire Breaks Out At Los Feliz Home Monday Morning

A fire broke out at a home in Los Feliz on Monday morning, according to the LAFD.

LOS ANGELES, CA — It took 42 firefighters just under 20 minutes to extinguish a fire that broke out in a Los Feliz home Monday morning, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters responded to the 4400 hundred block of West Ambrose Terrace, near the intersection of North Commonwealth Avenue, at around 8:40 a.m. Monday, according to the LAFD.

"A hazmat squad was requested to mitigate any dangers from 3 lithium ion battery powered scooters affected by the blaze," the LAFD said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
