LOS ANGELES, CA — A fire damaged a house in the east Hollywood area Tuesday.

Firefighters sent to the 800 block of Edgemont Street about 11:10 a.m. extinguished the flames in about a half-hour. No injuries were immediately reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
