In this year's Golden Globe edition, anticipation runs high, as the Globes attempt to rebuild their prestigious reputation after several years of scandalous ethical lapses and overreaching practices.
As a result, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has long since been dissolved after Eldridge Industries along with Dick Clark Productions acquired the rights and properties to the Golden Globes earlier this year. Subsequently, the Golden Globes also found a new home on CBS after their longtime broadcast partner NBC opted not to renew the contract.

Golden Globes Red Carpet Preshow at 3:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. ET

Variety’s Marc Malkin and Angelique Jackson, as well as “Entertainment Tonight” correspondent Rachel Smith will be on the red carpet to welcome celebrities and nominees, including Billie Eilish, Leonardo DiCaprio and more. 2024 Golden Globe Awards on CBS at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET
See if your predictions ring true by tuning in to the main show on CBS, hosted by comedian Jo Koy, and it will take place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA on Sunday, Jan. 7.
