A sea of people dressed in red and white take over bars in Hollywood Saturday, the L.A. Times reports.
Many working professionals in L.A. take advantage of happy hour to unwind from a hectic workday, and it appears that Santa is no exception.
SantaCon 2011 hit Hollywood in a major way Saturday. Several hundred Santas stretching the length of three blocks were seen stopping for drinks at bars that line Hollywood Boulevard, reported the Los Angeles Times.
The Twitter-driven event took place at 200 locations across the world. Those who signed up for the event in L.A. didn't know the exact location until Friday night.
