HOLLYWOOD, CA — Get excited, streaming fans! November is shaping up to be a splendid month in Netflix land. Boasting an expansive slate of refreshing brand-new entertainment, it is set to dazzle everyone in the weeks ahead.

Let the 2025 Oscars race begin as Netflix unveils two of its major awards contenders this month. One is “Emilia Pérez,” a musical-crime drama about a ruthless cartel leader gone incognito, starring Karla Sofía Gascón, Zoe Saldaña and Selena Gomez. Another is “The Piano Lesson,” a drama film about a family clashing over an heirloom piano, starring Samuel L. Jackson, John David Washington and Danielle Deadwyler.

Throughout the month, a handful of holiday-centric titles will also make their way to the streaming service. Among them are the romantic comedies “Meet Me Next Christmas,” starring Christina Milan as a romantic searching for Mr. Right, and “Our Little Secret,” starring Lindsay Lohan and Ian Harding as two resentful ex-lovers suddenly forced to spend Christmas together.
