Cheapest Gas in Imperial Beach

As of 10 a.m. Tuesday the cheapest gas in Imperial Beach or west of Interstate 5 could be found for $3.87 at American Gas at the corner of 13th Street and Imperial Beach Boulevard and Circle A gas at the corner of Ingrid Avenue and Hollister Street.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County fell Tuesday for the seventh consecutive day, dropping a half-cent to $4.039.

The average price is 4.1 cents less than one week ago and nine-tenths of a cent lower than one month ago, but 22.9 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
