A Look Ahead: South Bay Union School District School Year Schedule

South Bay Union School District and its 13 schools returned to class Monday. 

Here's the schedule for the 2013-14 school year.

A few important dates:

- Sept. 13: parent/teacher conference day, no school for students

- Sept. 23-Oct. 4, fall break

- Oct. 7, professional development day, no school for students

- Dec. 23-Jan. 10, winter break

- Jan. 13, professional development day, no school for students

- Mar. 24-April 4, spring break
