The brief earthquake that occurred around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday was centered near Yorba Linda, according to the U.S. Geological Survey, but the 4.4 magnitude jolt could still be felt in La Cañada - it woke up at least one resident, according to her Facebook status - as well as other surrounding cities.
