Art Auction to Benefit Women's Health Group This Saturday

The benefit supports the non-profit Women for World Health.

Submitted by Alexandra Corrin:

A group of dedicated young student artists are throwing an art auction to sponsor the non-profit organization Women for World Health this Saturday, March 30, from 4-7 p.m. at the Alexander Rug Gallery, 412 N. Coast Highway, in Laguna Beach.

All tickets -- $25 per person -- and art sales are tax deductable and all funds raised go to Women for World Health, a Huntington Beach-based organization that, according to its mission statement, "will comprehensively evaluate and identify community health care needs in the U.S. and in developing nations. We will provide support for these needs through volunteer medical missions. Women for World Health is non-profit, non-religious and non-political."
