Candle Ceremony to Remember Loved Ones

Memory JAR's third annual Candle Lighting to Remember will be held Sunday night at Heisler Park in Laguna Beach.

Hundreds of candles will light up the sand at Heisler Park in Laguna Beach this weekend as people gather to remember loved ones who have passed away.

The third annual Candle Lighting to Remember, is hosted by the non-profit Memory JAR which provides comfort and support to those grieving the loss of a family member or friend. The memorial will be held on Sunday from 4-6 p.m.

The community is invited to decorate the luminaries, which will be lit as the sun sets. To RSVP, visit memoryjar.org.

Anyone who cannot attend, can personalize a luminary by sending an email to
info@memoryjar.org with your loved ones' name. If you would like the luminary mailed to you after the event, include your return address in the email.
