LAGUNA BEACH, CA - A police pursuit of a stolen vehicle that ended in Costa Mesa near the John Wayne Airport Sunday started near Laguna Beach, authorities said. The chase was ended around 9:30 p.m. by California Highway Patrol officers.Laguna Beach police officers attempted to stop the driver, who fled in the stolen Honda Civic, Laguna Beach police said.Authorities say the vehicle traveled on Newport Coast Drive before traveling southbound on the 73.
