Las Brisas To Spice Up OC Restaurant Week With Margarita Mixology

The staff behind the well-loved Laguna Beach restaurant is excited to reintroduce their cuisine to the Orange County community Sunday.

LAGUNA BEACH, CA — It's time to eat out in Laguna Beach. On Sunday, Orange County Restaurant Week is making its anticipated return, and Las Brisas, known for fine dining with a SoCal-Mexican flair, plans to show off.

Las Brisas, located on the coast at 361 Cliff Dr., is one of several Laguna Beach restaurants participating in the week-long event.

Associate Manager for Marketing at Las Brisas Suki Nagano told Patch that the staff behind the well-loved Laguna Beach restaurant is excited to reintroduce their cuisine to the Orange County community.

"Orange County Restaurant Week is the greatest opportunity for new guests to experience our impeccable offerings, at a value, for the first time, and an opportunity for those who haven’t been in a while to return and experience all the new offerings," Nagano said. "Our restaurant week menu is packed with Las Brisas’ favorites, both old and new, and is complemented by our brand-new margarita and cocktail program, which offers a variety of fresh takes on old classics with fresh ingredients and expert mixology."

Las Brisas' specially-curated Prix-Fixe menu stands at $55 per person for three courses and a champagne toast, with appetizers ranging from Corn Mousse Tostada with celery, cilantro and red onion to Tortilla Soup with braised chicken, cilantro crema and radish.

For the main course, participating residents can choose from seven different menu options including: Chicken Mole Enchiladas, Steak & Lobster Enchiladas, Roasted Chicken, Butternut Squash Tamales and more.

Lastly, for a third course guests may choose between three dessert items: Traditional Flan, Tres Leches Cake and Marbled Cheesecake.

The week-long celebration of dining is intended to bring people together to enjoy the best of Orange County's restaurant scene, according to organizers. A slew of restaurants across the region are showcasing their finest creations for hungry diners.

Restaurants participating in the festivities offer specially-curated menus at Prix-Fixe cost. Patrons can find lunch options priced between $15 and $25, and dinner experiences ranging from $25 to $100.
