• Volunteers Sought For 2026 Pageant Of The Masters (patch.com) — Laguna Beach residents are invited to volunteer for the 2026 Pageant of the Masters, with open casting calls for on-stage and behind-the-scenes roles in January at the Festival of Arts grounds. The upcoming show, themed “The Greatest of All Time,” will run next summer, and no prior experience is needed to participate.
   

• San Clemente's Surfing Heritage center closes escrow on Laguna Beach building (ocregister.com) — Laguna Beach is set to become home to the Surfing Heritage and Culture Center, which just closed escrow on a 12,000-square-foot building downtown near Main Beach. The world-renowned surf museum plans extensive exhibits, events, and gathering spaces, aiming to be a game changer for both surf culture and Laguna’s visitor scene ahead of the LA28 Olympic surf spotlight.
