Watch: Gay Marriage Supporters Hold Rally and Vigil in Orange County
The gathering marked the marriage arguments going on at the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Tuesday the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case of Proposition 8, the ballot initiative which ended legal gay marriages in California in 2008.
To mark the day's testimony, a crowd of around 300 gay marriage supporters held a speech-filled candlelight vigil in front of the Ronald Reagan Federal Building in Santa Ana.
This is shaping up to be quite a week when it comes to civil rights issues in the United States. Today, Wednesday, the Supremes will hear arguments on the Constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), signed by President Clinton in 1996, which declared marriage to be between one man and one woman.

Clinton has since distanced himself from what he did 17 years ago, declaring in a Washington Post op-ed this month that it was "time to overturn DOMA."
