1 Dead, 1 Injured In RivCo Shooting; Deputies Search for Suspect
Deputies are investigating a shooting that left one dead in Perris on Wednesday afternoon.
PERRIS, CA — Deputies in Perris are working to find the suspect in a shooting that left one man dead and another man severely injured on Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
After receiving a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at around 3:12 p.m., Deputies arrived to the 600 block of Indian Hills Circle and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the Perris Sheriff's Station.
Although deputies said they immediately rendered medical aid, one of the men was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The man's name was not released pending notification of his family.

Another man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
No other information was immediately available as deputies search for the suspect or suspects.
